- 4 cups carrots grated
- 1 handful fresh cilantro (chopped)
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger peeled and chopped
- 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
- 1 tsf oil/ghee
- 1/2 tsf cumin seeds
- 1/2 tsf turmeric
- A pinch hing (asafoetida)
- 2 pinch cinnamon
- if grated coconut added
