- 1/2 cup onion
- 2 inch ginger grated
- 1/2 tsf cumin seeds
- 1/2 taf mustard seeds
- 1/2 taf turmeric
- 2-4 bay leaves
- 5 cardamom pods
- 2 inch cinnammon sticks
- salt
- 5 cups water
